Between the busy end of the school-year schedule and our current mailing address being the baseball and soccer fields, it can be super tempting to grab a quick (but unhealthy) meal-to-go at a restaurant where it costs more for one meal than it does for a pound of ground beef at the store (…which is really saying something because #inflation). We’ve been guilty of this ourselves and have been craving some wholesome food (especially veggies!). Pan-Roasted Chicken and vegetables is a super simple meal that only takes one pan (Praise the Lord, because who has time for that many dishes), and is nutritious to boot. It’s definitely a mom (and fam) favorite that provides delicious, wholesome food for the whole family.
